How do I schedule an estimate or appointment?
You can request an estimate or book an appointment online through our Schedule Appointment page, or call us directly at 856-499-5570. A collision specialist will walk you through next steps and get you on the schedule.
Where do I get a claim number?
Your claim number is issued by your insurance company when you report the accident. Once you have it, just bring it with you, or provide it over the phone, when you start the repair process. We will handle the rest with your insurer.
If my vehicle's frame is damaged, is it a total loss?
Not necessarily. A vehicle is only declared a total loss when the cost of repairs exceeds your insurance company's determined value for it. Most modern vehicles use unibody construction, and our technicians use computerized measuring systems to return your vehicle to factory specifications. If a section of the frame is damaged beyond repair, that section can typically be replaced.
Can you match my vehicle's exact paint color?
Yes. Today's factory finishes use multiple layers of specialized paint, so we invest in computerized factory color matching technology and keep our equipment current. Matching your factory finish precisely is one of the final and most important steps in every paint repair we complete.
What collision and auto body services do you offer?
Our team handles a full range of collision and cosmetic repair needs, including auto body and collision repair, frame straightening, dent removal, auto paint repair, factory color matching, auto glass and windshield replacement, and auto detailing.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. Our technicians go through ongoing, hands-on training and hold industry certifications, along with manufacturer-specific OEM certifications including ASE, I-CAR, Nissan, BMW, Honda, Acura, Toyota, GM, Hyundai, and Kia. That means your vehicle is repaired using manufacturer-recommended guidelines, no matter the make or model.
Do you use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts?
We prioritize genuine OEM parts whenever possible to help ensure a proper factory fit and long-term durability. We also work closely with your insurance provider to maximize the use of genuine components in your repair.
Will you work directly with my insurance company?
Yes. We work directly with major insurance providers to help expedite your claim and minimize your paperwork, so you can focus on getting back on the road.
Can I get other service work done while my car is in the shop?
Yes. Just let your advisor know what additional work you would like done, and they will make the necessary arrangements.
How long will repairs to my vehicle take?
Repair times vary based on the extent of the damage and parts availability. Your advisor can give you a time estimate specific to your vehicle once it has been assessed.
Can I get a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired?
We can help you make rental car arrangements. Insurance companies typically only cover a rental if you have rental reimbursement coverage on your policy or are the claimant, so check with your insurer to confirm your specific coverage and limits.
Can I get a ride home when I drop off my vehicle?
Yes, we are happy to help arrange a ride. We want your entire repair experience to be as convenient as possible from drop-off to pick-up.
How will I know when my vehicle is ready?
We will notify you as soon as your vehicle is ready for pickup. You are also welcome to call or email your advisor at any point during the repair process with questions.
Is there a warranty on the repairs?
Yes. We guarantee our workmanship with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on repairs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
What are betterment charges?
Betterment charges can apply to parts that naturally wear out over time, such as tires, batteries, and suspension components, when they are replaced as part of your repair. These charges are determined and pro-rated by your insurance company, not by us.
How should I care for my vehicle after a paint repair?
For the first 30 days, hand wash with cool water and a mild car wash soap using a soft cloth or sponge, wash in the shade, and avoid commercial car washes, dry wiping, gravel roads, parking under trees, and spilling fuel or fluids on the fresh finish. For the first 90 days, avoid waxing or polishing so the new finish can fully cure.
If my vehicle is currently leased or under warranty, does it matter where I repair the vehicle?
Yes. Choosing a repair facility that is certified for your vehicle's make is an important step in helping avoid potential lease-return and warranty-related issues. Our certified locations meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and are equipped to perform repairs using manufacturer-approved procedures, parts, and equipment for the brands they are certified to service. While repairs completed at a certified facility may help support a smoother lease turn-in process, we cannot guarantee the waiver of any disposition, excess wear and tear, excess mileage, turn-in, or other lease-end fees, as all final assessments and charges are determined by the leasing company.
If my vehicle is not drivable, can a Penske Collision Center assist with transporting my vehicle to one of their locations?
We always recommend checking with your insurance company first for towing assistance and inquiries. However, should you need further assistance, you can contact the collision center closest to you and our team will help guide you on best next steps based on your location and situation.
